Violation Sanctions

It is possible to compensate for the damage caused when funds appear on the account of the executor or when additional accounts with funds on the balance are identified.

Performing a service with a negative result (for example, lowering the MMR rating in Dota 2 instead of increasing it).

Refund 100% of the order amount. Additional compensation is possible when funds appear on the account of the executor or when additional accounts with funds on the balance are identified.

Account blocking due to poor quality services (for example, due to the use of a bot by the seller or other software prohibited by the publisher of the game, if this was not agreed with the buyer).

Each dispute between the buyer and the seller is individual, therefore the final decision on the extent of the seller's responsibility may differ significantly from the one written above. Chat agreements between the seller and the buyer can be taken into account.
